TERTIARY STUDENT ALCOHOL HEALTH CHECK

This survey is part of the Tertiary Student Health Project which aims to improve the health
of tertiary students. The main focus of this questionnaire is student alcohol use over time
and its consequences.

The information you provide is confidential. The site is protected by secure socket layer
(SSL) technology such that all data are encrypted during transmission. Your answers will
be used only for the purpose of producing summary statistics.
